Choosing to represent one’s community is not without cost, but running for district seat is less expensive than running for a city-wide election.  Hence, I believe district elections are more DEMOCRATIC than citywide.  Having said that, I would rather every neighbor show their support by donating $1 than one contributor donating $1000 ~ Jeffrey Tong
